Review: Cape Cod Potato Chips Smokey Barbecue Thins & Super Bowl 51 Prop Bets, Part 1
JFG Nation, Super Bowl 51 is approaching, so let’s run through some prop bets offered by Bovada:
1. Over/Under 3: number of times “Gronk” or “Gronkowski” will be said on the air.
Are you kidding me?? Bet the over here – the announcers will say Gronk 15 times the second Martellus Bennett misses a pass.
2. Over/Under 1.5: Number of times “DeflateGate” is said on the air.
WHAT??? Stop reading. Liquidate savings. Bet over. PUT EVERYTHING ON OVER.
3. Over/Under 1.5: Number of times Gisele Bundchen Is shown on air.
Over over over! Once at the beginning, and once when the Pats win (and I stab a fork in my eye).
4. Color of Lady Gaga hair: blonde pays 1:4 (bad odds) but anything else pays 5:2.
Last year when Lady Gaga sand the national anthem, she looked the Effie from the Hunger Games. But, her hair was blonde. But I think she comes out this year with meat hair.

Today’s junk food: Cape Cod Potato Chips Smokey Barbecue Thins !!
Ah, barbecue chips. We’ve all eaten them, and we’ve all gone through phases of loving them and hating them. And the reason is simple – regular barbecue (you know, the meat kind) already starts battles across the nation. BBQ chips are just as polarizing. Is it vinegar-y? Is it mustard-y? Is there smoke? Is there spice? Is it sweet? Does it work on a kettle chip or a wavy chip? And does it taste like meat? Etc., etc.
DO THESE TASTE GOOD? YES.
WHY OR WHY NOT? Besides the fact that it’s a tasty chip, it is more importantly a non-offensive BBQ chip. Definitely more like a standard Lay’s BBQ chip than anything else – the same saltiness, the same general tomato-y sweetness. Pretty well balanced – when i first munched, I thought these were a little too salty, but the sweetness eventually came through and I didn’t feel either side overpowered.
ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW? Good amount of smoke, but more than anything PLENTY of onion-y taste with these chips. Wooo weeeee. You won’t get any meaty notes here, but these are still damn tasty.
PURCHASED AT: Giant Food, Germantown, MD.
WHERE FOUND IN STORE? Standalone cardboard display, chip aisle.
